Living space
The interior is crafted with genuine care - mahogany hand-scraped hardwood floors run throughout, paired with imported 15th-century reclaimed limestone from Corsica. It's a space that feels considered rather than generic, with an open-concept layout that keeps things airy and connected. A Smart TV with Alexa voice control rounds out the living area for evenings in.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is fitted with a Cariloha king mattress and quality linens, designed for genuinely restful sleep. For groups of three or four, a king-sized sofa sleeper in the living space means everyone rests comfortably. The condo accommodates up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom and 2 beds.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully outfitted with KitchenAid appliances, a Keurig coffee maker stocked with Starbucks capsules, and a complete set of cookware and tools - everything you need to cook properly or simply make breakfast before heading out. Wine glasses, a blender, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils are all on hand. When the weather cooperates (and in Avalon it usually does), take it outside to the balcony dining set for a meal with a view.

Avalon is the only city on Catalina Island, a short ferry ride from the Southern California mainland. The Hamilton Cove community sits above the town, offering quiet and privacy while keeping the waterfront, restaurants, and shops within easy reach by cart.
