Room run down, damage to walls, doors, Bathtub look unclean due to need for repair, toilet paper holder broken. Walls very thin. hotel noisy, back door exiting to parking lock didn't lock so anyone could enter the hotel from the back.

The beds were clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the morning breakfast team member was wonderful. Only complaint is the hotel is tired and needs a few fixes like wallpaper being glued, paint on doors fixed, smells in hallways addressed. We had a good stay and would go back.

In a handicapped room a walk in shower would be best, but a minimum an easy to control HOT water tap (it got very hot, very fast) and a less slippery surface/bath mat. All else good,
