The general ambiance of this older hotel was classy. It was not inexpensive, but I’ve stayed at several nearby motels, and I’ll be returning to Knott’s Hotel for my future trips when I have business in the area.

Exceeded expectations! You need to come here to experience Knotts’ Hotel! The staff was great! The rooms were so comfy and cozy! The meals at The Kitchen on-site and their room service was so good! They customized it to how you want it and plated it well served warm and hot! The ambience of the holiday season in the lobby was so welcoming and festive! I liked this hotel better than a competitor amusement park hotel! Come here and experience it for yourself!

The room was great, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was easy service was wonderful. The gentleman who helped us was great. If you go to the bar in the lobby, hopefully Jancy will be working because he is friendly and very competent. their workout room is great. They have a spa and sauna we used both and they were clean and it was a very good experience. they also had a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby and just beautiful decorations throughout the hotel.
