Welcome to a Buffalo Dream in the heart of the historic Black Rock neighborhood.

After staying in Airbnb's worldwide I'm grateful to welcome you into the bright, beautiful apartment on the first level of my home.

Original hardwoods, tall ceilings, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare food. Shared front porch.

High speed internet, smart tv to access Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Thoughtful touches throughout. Cannabis friendly- just not inside!

Buffalo Dream is a newly renovated, 125 year old house with tall ceilings and rich, beautiful hardwood floors. You have the entire apartment to yourselves.

The apartment is spacious, cozy, and decorated to inspired your senses - lots of color and texture.

-Bedroom 1 has a King sized bed
-Bedroom 2 has a Full sized bed
-There is a single sized floor mattress available as needed and a couch that would sleep a smaller bodied person

Great kitchen for cooking with toaster oven/air fryer, stove, oven, microwave.

This is a city/urban neighborhood central to great restaurants, multiple neighborhoods to explore, 5 min from the 198 and 190 highways, 3 minutes from Wegmans super market, 5-10 minutes from The Japanese gardens, Delaware Park, multiple waterfront parks, Tappo Day Club with an outdoor pool, restaurant and bar, museums and so much more!!

O Take out your garbage (discard any takeout food) and recycling – garbage bins are outside behind the driveway. Blue is for garbage and Green is for recycling
O Thank you for leaving my home clean and tidy like you found it :)
