Room was dilapidated and had not been updated since the 80s probably. Two floors with no elevators. The rooms all smelled horrible because we tried several. The room we settled on for the few hours we needed it still didn’t smell great. The door lock was hanging on the wall. We would never stay here again. I suggest others avoid it.

OMG This is a third world experience. No elevator so getting up 20 stairs is a challenge. And it is dirty beyond description. Why this hotel has not been condemned is beyond me.

Worst hotel ever. Black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Bathroom constantly smelled like cigarette smoke that came from the adjacent room. Cigarette burns and holes in blankets. We had to buy our own towels from Walmart because the towels provided were horrible - like rough cleaning towels. Horrible stay.

Checked in so I could use the bathroom and son could shower real quick. Son asked for a towel that wasn't stained yellow. Then asked why there were orange stains on the cieling. Toilet seat was barely hanginn on. Pubes were on the floor. Room smelled. Visible stains on comforter of bed. I was too scared to look at the sheets. We left, and never went back for the ight. Booked another hotel. Take off of Hotels.com.

The preview on Expedia are completely wrong. Building is very run down. Upon arrival room wasn't ready. Room nasty sheets dull and stained carpet dirty , bottom of our feet were black after walking across it. The bathroom door someone kicked it in and it was never fixed. Drunk people were outside our room yelling all night.

The parking area was the only decent thing about the place. The room and concourses reeked of black mold. The paint and wallpaper were chipped everywhere. The mattresses were soiled. They should pay visitors to stay there.

The hotel offered a place to sleep in Buffalo and that is about it. The floor in our room was damp, and our socks would get all wet. The manager said it was because they had steam cleaned it. It smelled damp all night. The AC worked okay. The other negative for me was there was no coffee in the room or the lobby, I had to drive 5 minutes to Starbucks. But it offered a place to sleep which is what I needed.

Easy check in. Had a good stay. For the price, you can't really get overly bent out of shape over some stuff. But some issues were there like no hot water from the sink (but fine in the shower), stains/discoloration of tiles and no Kleenex in the room. But the biggest issue is the odour. It smells like overkill of deodorizer mixed with staleness. I don't know if just got used to it or it aired out once I turned on the AC, but it can be overwhelming at first. It's close to restaurants, shopping and the airport. I'd stay again.

All of the shops you would need were nearby. However, the experience was horrifying. This property would be a great candidate for a TV show, the ugliest/dirtiest Inn in America. As you approach the Inn you immediately get concerned. The lighting is poor. The entrance to the property is not clearly marked and you may enter on the back side of the building, scary. The infrastructure is dark and dreary. It has peeling paint on the outside walls and is in desperate need of new doors and windows. As you enter the lobby the carpet is dirty and it smells old and mildewy. My room was on the second floor but there is no elevator. Only stairs to access the upper floor. It was distressing for me with an arthritic knee. The room was not clean, dirty furniture that needs updating, dirty refrigerator, dirty bathroom with missing tile on walls, water-stained ceiling and walls with peeling plaster and holes. This place is in desperate need of a renovation. The linen appeared to be washed but is stained. Roaches were present and spiders. All rooms in the area were booked due to a big college game that Saturday leaving no opportunity for alternative housing. After returning home and digging further I learned that The Fairbridge Inn Express Buffalo Airport Williamsville is a two-star Inn. I would not give it any stars. Title: Filthy, Unsafe & Rude – Worst Hotel Experience Ever My husband and I had the worst stay we’ve ever experienced here. We arrived late at night after our flight, and every other hotel was booked due to a college football game, otherwise we would have left immediately. The outside looked shady, with cardboard stuffed in the windows. Inside, the hallways had missing ceiling panels and our room ceiling was in terrible shape. The mattress had blood stains, the comforter and sheets were filthy, and the bathroom was so dirty we couldn’t shower. The carpet reeked of mildew and dust was everywhere. To top it off, a picture that should have been hung was just leaned against the wall by the bed. We asked twice for clean bedding, but the “replacements” were also stained. We were so disgusted we slept in our clothes with socks on, and I only used my own washcloths because theirs were unusable. When I politely asked for a refund the next morning, the man at the front desk became rude, saying: “This is a 2 star hotel, what do you expect!” and “Hell, I don’t know what you people expect!” He even tried to provoke my husband into an argument. Other family members staying here had the same issues, and even another guest confirmed her room was just as bad. We got a refund for the second night, but the first should have been refunded too — the room was unlivable from the start. I have photos and videos proving everything. This hotel is unsafe, filthy, and unprofessional. Avoid!!!

Hotel was clean and in a nice neighborhood near the Buffalo airport, but very dated and needed basic maintenance. Rusty tub, peeling wallpaper in the halls, missing tv remote and stained white towels. Acceptable cheap option for one night, if you are traveling on right away.
