"What a great 2 day stay! I wanna start off by speaking about the staff and giving them their flowers. From the front desk clerk when checking in and out to the housekeeping service, they were all excellent, patient, and very polite. We were getting some work done at our house and because I have school and work from home, I needed a place to stay for a couple of days. Pros: The wifi is fast and very reliable! Firm but comfortable beds. Nice air control. Beautiful view (our room had the view of the hills and the sunsets). Kitchen has good size fridge, dishwasher, stove top, dishware. There's a lender locker in the common area where you can borrow board games, crock pots, wine glasses and more all free of charge! Dvd player in room with TONS of dvds you can borrow! Tv channels were great; even had HBO. All stores and restaurants are very close by. Provide Dove products (lotion, bidy wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap). Cons: No screen in window. We were on the 4th floor so if you have little ones or even dogs, keep window closed. Bathroom door had grime, dirt, and hand prints all over it. Shower pressure was painful. Toilet seat veryyy low. Rugs could use a deep clean (shampoo). Coffee cups as well as regualr cups were way too small. Hard to reach front desk in the mornings. Overall, our stay was great and the staff are seriously the heart of the hotel. They were incredible and again, they deserve their flowers. We would deff stay again!"

"Grand Victoria BW is a great place to stay. Easy to get to the hwy. Socializing at the bar with locals, very friendly. Hot tub was down, but still usable and relaxing; pool is great. Traveling for business or with family stop in and enjoy the calming atmosphere."

"As described. Amazing hosts. This was a getaway for myself, best friend, my kids, and their friends. Wonderfully relaxing for the elder adults and something to do for all the young people. From pool to fishing to riding local trails and exploring the nearby sleepy towns, there was something for everyone at any given time. Already planning next year!!!"
