The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Ther was no soap left in the roon. The cleaning staff didn't show up the next day at all, so the beds were not made and there were no fresh towels. The fridge froze the vegetables i put in it. From the frozen frost at the back, i would say it has never been defrosted. Hardly ever was there anyone at the front desk. Sign said to call a local number for assistance. That's ridicules. This used to be a nice place to say but i will not be staying there ever again.

The property is located in a nice quiet area. It is relatively clean, and offer quite a bit of amenities. The breakfast staff was excellent. Per my personal experience, the manager was a terrible person to deal with. He's rude, and he comes across quite indifferent to the guest, and utterly arrogant. The only reason I stayed, it's because my booking was non-refundable, which was the only reason I stayed. Very unpleasant experience.
