We had a leaky shower and the water was spilling onto the tile floor. We submitted a ticket and it was kind of fixed but not fully. Slip hazard for a pregnant woman. Rooms were very clean. Food is eh, but what can you expect from such a huge resort. Would come back though!

Breakfast is very simple. Juices/coffee/oatmeal. Fruits/bread/ham/cheese. Mostly eggs and beans sometimes other things. Staff was very helpful. I was able to meet Ms.Jacqueline. She was very nice and helpful to me. She also is bilingual and her English is perfect.
