The property can use an upgrade. The bathroom drains and the tubs need to be updated. But it is a great location to get to the freeway both southbound and northbound, close to eateries that are in walking distance. And his business friendly with air conditioning

Right off of the 99 and Kettleman. The property was clean. Room was large. Small pet areas with poop bags easily available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good coffee every morning. Found out this is the #1 Motel 6 in the country.
