The front desk staff was excellent. Very professional and courteous. The breakfast was okay (bag with cereal, yogurt, granola bar & apple). The pool was clean and refreshing. Housekeeping was polite and helpful. I even saw them clean the parking lot.

Every thing was perfect. But the Manager Cinda is rude and needs to find a new job she is not people friendly at all. If you have issues with your travel plans be aware. My flight was cancelled had to book another one was willing to pay the whole reservation for the room and she cancelled my reservation. It was all over the news FAA communication issues over 1000 flight me cancelled and she was mad that she couldn’t rent the room but I was paying for the days I was not there.

The staff is amazing and so helpful! The room not to much, there was a cockroach in the bathroom and that bathroom was had splashes off black something on the walls. The entire room smelled dusty and the floors were very dirty, our socks were black after walking for a couple of hours in the room. It was ok for a last minute thing which trip but not a place we would come back to
