Very Unsatisfactory

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. First of all, the website did not disclose the $19.00 per guest charge that was due upon arrival. Secondly, there was no continental breakfast offer as the website stated they offered. The rooms were not clean. The bathroom had hair on the show walls and all over the floor.
