After leaving a response to the message I received asking if I needed anything specific to help me enjoy my stay, and said I was running late but would definitely be there by midnight. When I showed up I was told they were out of rooms! They over booked and they werent going to do anything to help me

The staff was fine but the property and the room was run down. Some of the lights didn’t work in my room, the elevator didn’t line up with each floor, the carpet smelt damp, the AC and the Heater were out and the water was cold only. It wasn’t ideal.

There was no heat or air. Toilet didn't flush. The room smelled and holes in bathroom door. The receptionist had no personality. The city needs to come out and inspect the premises. Very disappointed and would not recommend at all.

No heat or A/c. They have a posting on the lobby that if you want your money back from the reservation you need to do that with Expedia. There was not security lock on the door, which was scary since the area was very dangerous to even be in the lobby. Although the bed was clean and the shower, the carpet,chairs were horribly stained. There was a strong smell of smoke from cigarettes.
