No breakfast. It's very noisy, especially at night. The room shakes when someone slams the door. You can hear people active at night doing tantra yoga next door. We were forced to evacuate at 3am because of the fire alarm. Quite Pathetic. good that it wasn't cold. The airconditioning is noisy too.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We arrived after midnight and they accommodated us with no problem, the only down side are the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors full conversation. Great location for walking and accessing bus, bart and cable cars.

Very comfortable and great staff. But the wifi was glitchy which made my Zoom meetings very hard to conduct. I was not able to be successful doing business while traveling. But the staff did their best to address my issue. I noticed the TV had the same connection issue- every 10-15 seconds it would get stuck in a pause - just like my Zoom meeting. Maybe not enough bandwidth to handle all the guests?
