the check in process was horrible. I am on a short vacation, and I had to stand in line for 45 min to get checked in. the guests were packed in a long line without any separation in time of pandemic

We were given a dirty room, had to waste at least 1/2 of the day having to move rooms. They over charged for everything including 40.00 a night for parking.
