Spent the weekend on a Father Son getaway to watch a baseball game. Hotel is amazing with beautiful rooms and a great view. Walking distance to the stadium was a huge perk with a 9 year old. Upon checking in I paid to upgrade our room. Unfortunately we were placed next to a room under construction. George at the front desk was incredible and made sure we were taken care of. He was so positive and friendly he is everything you would want as an employee. It was obvious he cared about making our memorable weekend great. Thank you again George.

The staff was fantastic! The fact that you don’t offer, water is extremely odd. I certainly would expect more from a four-star Hilton. Also, it was extremely odd that you didn’t offer room service. Again, the staff was fantastic! When you pay these rates, you should expect some benefits.
