It was a really long walk from the lobby to our room, it would be nice to have less walking in the hotel.

Loved the shuttle to Disney Parks. The beds were comfortable. The property and rooms are a bit tired and worn needs updated. Bath drain stopper did not work. Maintenance came up to fix, said they could not finish and would come the next day to complete. Never saw them rest of the stay. Could use the shower, but not the bath because the stopper was gone. Food was terrific and very reasonably priced.

Woke up 2 nights in a row because our toilet was making loud gurgling sounds. There were bubbles coming up through the toilet bowl. The management just blew it off. No clean towels for 4 days unless you request services. The bistro had good food and great service at a reasonable price, loved our waiter, Miguel, who was great!

Good service Bad beds!
The staff was very nice. But the rooms need an upgrade. I moved rooms 2 times. The first room was up against the elevator so it made a very loud noise. The second room the bed had a HUGE dip in it, HUGE! And third room the bed was the same. By that time I drove 6 hours I was tired and didn’t want to move again. The room came with a couch so I slept on that. The hotel comped my parking……

Very Disappointed
We were very disappointed in our stay. Our room was not clean, there was dirt and rust in the tub, it looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was no real AC/Heating unit. The room was very stuffy even though it was cold and rainy outside. The windows had no screens so they could not be opened without bugs and rain coming in. The hallway had panels of wallpaper peeling off. The hallway smelled like a dirty diaper, some of the shuttles were old school busses with the back ropes out where they would have people sit on the floor.
