The AC kept the room cool. The room was spacious. Needed a deep cleaning though noticed stains on the walls and under the bed didn’t seem like it was vacuumed. The tub filled up with water so seems like a plumbing issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ate dinner at the Bistro and food was delicious the service was incredible.

The room was very clean, quiet hotel. The pool was great that Jacuzzi was great. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful set up for Christmas. I love the hotel. They actually gave me free upgrade for bunkbeds for the kids shaped like a castle. The kids loved it.

This is a great option for staying near Disneyland. It is nestled between the I-5 freeway and the back side of the park. You can see the fireworks from the parking lot. It is loud, and you will hear it in your room. We were on the freeway side so we had traffic noise, but it was tolerable. The staff is great; and the Deli was awesome. The shuttle to and from the hotel runs every half hour, so it’s very convenient. The room was clean and well stocked, and the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, courteous, helpful staff, AND a free shuttle to Disneyland that was always on time. The only negative was a small, dated bathroom, but it was spotless and had big fluffy towels so it didn’t matter that much.

You get what you pay for. Hotel rooms are super outdated. Beds squeak, dusty furniture, bathrooms are small and bathtub had dirty water. Only plus was the super nice housekeeping staff and the shuttle was convenient since the hotel is kinda far to walk with young kids.
