I stayed here with my family during our visit to Disneyland! When we checked, Len made us laugh and was very informative. He was very personable while Providing us a quick and easy check in. We left our car and jumped onto their complimentary shuttle to Disney. We walked a short distance to the entrance of Disney and Cali Adventures. It was easy to make the return trip to the hotel. The shuttle was very punctual and the drivers were so helpful because we had a bulky stroller and baby. On one occasion, My husband almost missed the shuttle but the driver stopped and let him on. Ha- be on time for the shuttle, but If you miss it, they run every half hour except mid day when it runs on the hour. We all loved the Disney decor: Mickey, Cinderella’s carriage, aquariums w fish, the knight in the lobby. Our room was the Jr Suite with two queen beds and sofa sleeper and a pop up play tent. My grandson loved the tent (bring a flashlight for the little ones). The room was spacious and clean for 5 adults and a toddler. We had a great view of the pool and the lovely ducks in tthat made the Majestic Garden their hang out. The pool was very clean, but we did not get a chance to take a swim. They hotel has a nice downstairs store, dining area, lounge areas and bar. The Japanese sushi was a great hit with all of us. Fresh delicious rolls, but my favorite was the shrimp Veggie tempura. Phenomenal! This hotel is very family friendly and safe.

I didn’t like that we were expected to purchase our water and they didn’t provide enough cups and did not pickup trash. I understand the concern about covid but I felt ignored.

It would’ve been perfect if mask regulations had been followed a little better. A lot of people, staff included, were walking around like they were at home and not still in a public area.

Thank you for the excellent review. Regarding mask wearing, we are following our State and Local Government hotel industry guidelines. Guests and hotel associates that have been vaccinated are not required (but recommended) to wear a mask. If they have not been vaccinated a mask is required. Masks are required regardless when riding on our shuttle. We take our management of covid19 serious for the health and safety of everyone. Stay healthy and we hope to see you again soon!

Property is close to Disneyland and has a free shuttle to/from park. The rooms are a bit outdated and the property itself could use some TLC like new paint and new roof but overall clean and comfortable.
