Would Stay Again

Pleased with the overall stay. Close to the convention center. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only critique would be the hand washing sink in our bathroom took forever to drain. Not sure it was a plumbing issue or a disign flaw seeing as how the sink looks flat. Other than that I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent customer service. Easy check in and check out. Multiple elevators with no wait. Lots of restaurants around. Seaport Village soooo close. Marketplace with coffee and food available if willing to pay the high prices located in lobby. Room clean and spacious with a refrigerator. Family loved the pool! Definitely would come back.

This hotel is really beautiful and overlooks the San Diego harbor. It’s walking distance to Petco Park, Sea Port Village, local bars and restaurants. The bar on the 40th floor has stunning views and lovely drinks.

There was no vent in my bay view room bathroom so if you go as a couple just be sure to bring a scent spray. Some random lady asked me to prove i was staying in the room i was staying in as i walked out. No introduction. Needs some professional improvement. Otherwise an awesome hotel and theres a nice food shopping area just outside. I’ll probably stay at a different hotel next time.
