We thought the staff was excellent. Kudos to your HR department for exceptional hiring and training! Everyone we encountered was helpful, personable and obviously happy at their job. We ate 3x at the Amaya - top-notch cuisine - much better than any other hotel restaurants (non-Fairmont) we have experienced. We will certainly return. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
