The front desk clerk Naomi was so courteous and helpful in securing my wife and I a room with a slight view of the bay. Excellent employee. Please commend her! Kudos to her! Our room was immaculate. The other employee I like to commend would be Ernest the shuttle driver, so helpful and courteous with a great smile!

perfect location/ great for special occasions

absolutely love this location. Very close to the beach and several tourist attractions all within walking distance. parking was expensive and charged separately $50 dollars a night. Street parking was free after 8pm to 10am. Hotel was clean, spacious with beautiful views of the beach/city. you should ask for a skyline view if possible. The room came equip with mini fridge and spacious patio. the Gaslamp is about a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute uber drive from the hotel. The surrounding area of the hotel was very clean, well lite at night, and security walked the property for extra safety.

Leaving for a cruise and found the Wyndham to be the perfect option as it is right across from the pier. We were welcomed with a smile and upon check in we were surprised with an up grade. Got to watch the Bills game at the bar with a cold beverage. Great welcome to San Diego. Room was wonderful and comfortable!
