It took 25 minutes to check in, the hotel charges $45 for “amenities” you don’t use … the rooms have small scratchy towels and very limited supplies - ours wasn’t serviced until 4 in the afternoon … it’s a huge impersonal hotel… full of conference goers … don’t bother

We had to wait at least 15 minutes for the elevator every single time during our stay, which was terrible. We also had to pay extra for parking, breakfast, and even Wi-Fi. We won’t book this place again.
