Staff was extremely friendly. Room was mostly clean, the floor was dirty. Our privacy curtains wouldnt close which was uncomfortable because our room was poolside view. The pool was not heated and the pool table was soaking and crooked. Despite all this, after a 12 hour drive, it was comfortable and beds were clean. We got to play some pong and had some really good fries.

After some mix up due to our flight being delayed, we were able to enjoy our stay immensely. Staff was very kind and accommodating. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and housekeeping. Our room was kept clean and if we needed anything the front desk was more than welcome to assist us. Definitely recommend for your future stay!

Comfy clean room and a fantastic staff! We had food in the bar evening in the evening and Sean the bartender was awesome! Breakfast was great and the staff keeping it up were so nice. Only real complaint was that it looked like only one elevator was in operation and there was a long wait time. Overall though we would definitely stay here again.

Room was great, but we were hoping to have a non-down pillow. My wife has eczema and this was hard for her to sleep. We were told that the hotel was out of those pillows. Her eyes were swollen and irritated as a result and I had to get ice packs for her.
