Everything was Amazing. 5 star for me and already booking another stay right now. I will actually book a few. We had the bottom floor and it was a huge room. The shower and bathroom on the first floor was huge. The bartender Shawn was Amazing and so kind. The fire pits were going on and jacuzzi. The rooms had a large t v and we watched netlfix and the whole place smelled like ocean sand and coconuts like Hawaii. It was better than I expected and the pictures are no compariosn. In person the hotel looks so much newer and beautiful!! We were 12 minutes from the ocean in cae and close to a huge mall. It would be a good place if your guests were staying like for a wedding or birthday. 5 star and better than some boujie hotels I have stayed in. Also customer service was 5 star, only smiles and no one was rude. I took my dog and they made him feel like a king. Worth it!!!!

This is a very nice hotel much better than the ones I typically stay at in the area. Very clean and modern, huge TV. What u don’t like was that they didn’t have a coffee machine in the room and the bathroom sink faucet would flow enough water. Maintenance tried fixing it but couldn’t, this is likely specific to this room.

The mattress was so soft you sunk in it the creamer for the coffee in the room was sour and dried up urine on back of toilet this was absolutely the worst Hilton ever

Overall ok, but the room need a refresh.

Great staff, love the warm cookies at checkin. Room a bit old, need renovation, i see a pair of socks perhaps from the previous customer next to the trash bin (how can you miss that). Bed feels wear out, as the curve of the body is from the side.
