The hotel had problems with their computer system and could not issue a room key to us until 5:30pm. We could not access the pool without the keys. Waiving a $28 parking fee for 1 night is not enough.

Was not able to check-in at 4. Room was not ready. Breakfast room had dirty tables and crumbs all over seat and floor. Tub faucet in room 401 cannot be shut-off completely so water is streaming down the drain 24/7. Desk lamp shade was broken. One of two elevators was out of order. Parking spots were ridiculously narrow.

Upon arrival, multiple parking spaces were blocked off and we had to park further because of it. Then during our stay the property countless children running around through the halls being loud. The furniture in our room was also dirty and tore up when we got there.
