Appreciate it the hotel accommodation. I booked it for my brother and my sister-in-law. We were all in in town for the ALS event and it was convenient and close and they love the hotel. We accommodated them they both my brother is handicap so it worked out perfect for him. Thank you to everybody in the staff.

The room and property were very nice, however, there was loud music blaring every night from a venue near our building/room that played until late into the evening.

We were charged $250 more than the rates at which we made our reservation. At least some of the overpayment appears to have been for parking fees that were waived. It looks like they may have also double charged the resort fees.

Love the location. Nearby the places we want to visit like SeaWorld, zoo and beaches. 45 mins away from Legoland. The pool are nice. Restaurant food and drinks are meh. Rooms are just ok. Nothing fancy. Pillows are bad.

Very scenic tropical property right on the water . Great food at the firefly and all the staff were awesome . Somewhat older motel style rooms , but that was fine for us and makes it feel more like a tropical resort. We would definitely stay there again.

Wanted to charge me $50 to check in 30 minutes early. Then after I left, called me 10 minutes later to tell me my room was ready. Parking spaces are not spacious enough to back out and maneuver safely in the part by my room. Very different than the last 5 times I've stayed here. Not sure I'll be back any time soon.
