The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They helped me switch rooms to be closer to our friends. But the 2nd room we went in to had long black hair next to the neatly folded towels in the restroom and a slinky by the bed. The cleanliness was questionable, but I brought my own Clorox and Lysol and was staying for one night. It freaked me out a bit but I just went with the flow.

Such a beautiful place to stay, especially if you are going to a concert onsite. The convenience of walking to the concert area back to your comfortable hotel stay was unmatched. $25 for overnight parking which is better than most other places I’ve stayed. Lovely views around the hotel that feel super serene. Only thing I will say is they mentioned on the phone they were not pet friendly, but I did see dogs at the hotel. I would have loved to bring my pet but was told otherwise so not sure what happened there.

Best resort ever! We loved hanging out by the fire pits in the evening - felt and looked like we were at a tropical resort in Hawaii. Also loved the pool bar and restaurant. 10 out of 10.
