The staff at my check in were exceptional! I had to do a credit card authorization and they helped me through each step until I got my keys. The manager even gave me a $25 credit to The Marketplace!

I believe $ 250 for access to the lounge is outrageous. The only alcohol available was for a charge. The food was not worth the price. Access to the lounge usually entailed a long wait for elevators both coming and going.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Room was clean and very well lit with a great view. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only problem we had was it took us quite a bit to find parking but that’s going to happen anywhere in The City.
