Check in took 45 minutes. Rate for parking is outrageous. Not enough parking. Parking lot that I paid for was full. They tried to make me pay for valet. I wouldn't stand for that. Room wasnt made up either. Pretty disappointed.

The receptionist was not able to locate my Hilton Honors # when i checked in. Told me he would check everything and add it. Five dsys later, i checked back and it was not added to my records. I went online and got the number for him to update. Had i not checked back, I would have checked out with no points added.

Been here several times now, and wish there was an option for free parking. The rooms are nice, but the halls and parts of the hotel need to be updated
