A great property in a great location. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bartender was the absolute best. Gave absolutely the best restaurant recommendations Pinos (Italian), Matador (Mexican) nearby, and Z&Y in Chinatown.

Such a quiet and comfortable hotel/stay. Pillows were perfect and not flat. Despite not having AC, I was very comfortable (I'm sensitive to heat at night. I like it really cold) The ceiling fan def saves the day. I would stay here again and again. Highly recommend.

We’re happy with our stay, and most people were very nice! A bell person named Jerry was very accommodating. Our double size room was clean and spacious, and we left our 14th floor windows open to keep the best temperature. The black female bartender was surly opening late and not taking any responsibility for lack of ingredients for well promoted cocktails she couldn’t make as the only downside of our experience.

Stayed here for five nights for business. Very comfortable hotel – spacious rooms, clean modern bathroom. Doesn’t serve breakfast, but there is a great restaurant right next-door. Fresh coffee and tea in the lobby at any time. Conveniently located. Would stay here again.

Great location and facility

The hotel is a bit dated but the renovation was well done giving it a good vibe. It also offers clean water, coffee and cookies. The location is very convenient.

This hotel is in a great location and it is considered a small boutique hotel. The entry way is beautiful but once your in the hotel it seems pretty outdated and only area that looks to be update was the lobby check in area. There is no restaurant or even a snack area which majority of hotels offer. Eve
