No shuttle service and very worn down rooms. The mirror was chipping away, the towels had stains, the walls had marks all over them. All of that would have been fine and probably still gotten a 3.5 star but then we received terrible service poolside. It had been raining on the morning so before we went to pool we called front desk and asked if they had pool service and they said yes there is a server down there… well there wasn’t and the manager at the restaurant/bar that was close by had a total attitude when we walked up to window to try and order. Overrated and needs some room updates for sure. Great views and location though. Also very soft bedding.

Awful experience. For a hotel of this quality and price, I expected a completely different experience. When I arrived at the hotel and tried to check in at 3 instead of 4pm, I was turned away and told I would get a text. I waited until 4pm with no updates, at which point I went back to the counter and they gave me a room instantly. I was told my luggage would be sent up to the room, but it wasn't, I had to go back to the front desk and take it up myself because I could not wait any longer. After checking in, the room looked very old, the bathroom fittings had paint chipping off, the room phone did not work which is why I had to head back to the front desk for every request. The next morning, I noticed there was a red stain on the carpet in my room. The soap dispensers looked old and seemed dirty as well. I tried to go to the beach and the hotel did not have any sunscreen, not even the gift shop. The hotel charged me extra for resort fees and even charged me 60$ per night for valet even though I was staying at the hotel. Worst of all, the next day when I attempted to check out of the hotel, the valet took ONE HOUR to retrieve my car. It was a busy day BUT I saw multiple employees just wandering around and paying extra attention to the more expensive cars that came in. At one point I noticed 4 valets just hovering around one Ferrari. At some point they claimed they couldn't find my car and then the same employee just wandering around came up in my car. Ridiculous

Great view of PCH, and beach. Walking distance to dinning, shopping, and pier. Only odd thing is rooms have a door that slides open from outside for un-obstructed view of whoevers in the shower 😅.
