When we arrived I had paid extra for a pool view room, but didn’t realize those didn’t have a tub so we were ‘upgraded’ to a room with a tub, but lost our view. We then noticed the refrigerator wasn’t keeping things cool, so told the front desk and were upgraded to a suite with a view. Awesome! Got up to it, realized it didn’t have a tub and the top lock piece was broken. we had a toddler so we had to have that piece or else they could escape. Called the front desk and was told someone would be up shortly, waited almost an hour and had to call back, was told it would only be a few more minutes. 15 more minutes of no shows, we went down to the desk and they radioed maintenance who said they were on their way. They finally made it to fix it (this is almost 11pm by this point) and as soon as he got there, i was told there was an emergency and he had to leave. I couldn’t put my toddler to bed because they would be drilling so had to wait another half hour for them to come back for a 2 minute fix. Didn’t get my very cranky toddler to bed until almost midnight. Next day when we woke up, fridge wasn’t working in the suite either. Will not stay at this hotel again.

They charge you 300 for parking as it’s 46 a day to park at the hotel which is stupid and the breakfast is Not free. So don’t let the cheap rates fool you they screw you in the end.

People basically pay here for cleanliness because I have to say it is clean. Other than that there is nothing else that makes your money worth it. You pay for everything separately starting with breakfast, parking, no complimentary water bottles and to my biggest surprise no bath robes. I also want to say that the toilet tank was not working properly and was making horrible sounds all night long. Overall we paid to have clean room $202/night, parking is around $40/day.
