Staff was very friendly and helpful from day one to check out. Was able to check in early with a minimal fee. Wish room had own microwave esp when coming back from Disney after closing. Room was perfect and comfortable. Short walk to/from Disney.

Th hotel is very outdated! Walls and carpet are filthy. Bedding and towels look very old. The room smelled moldy.

Staff was great but room was dirty. Furniture falling apart Elevator hand rail also falling off. We only stayed one night could not sleep because there was something leaking from the vent by the entrance. Beds are very uncomfortable. Convenience is great. But the cons are too much for us.

The room was clean. The gront Desk staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great. Just a short walk to Disneyland. The only bad thing was that the beds are horribly uncomfortable and the pillows were awful.

The desk staff was amazing. Jenny greeted us and seems genuinely happy to have us. She offers good advice and went above and beyond for our arrival after the long drive down. The Portofino holds great memories for our sons from years back when we would get the rooms with bunk beds and returning with a 21 yr old son was a pleasure once again.

We were first give a key to a room that was still occupied! The second room had a kids shoe left under the sink. You are charged $20/a day for a resort fee. I wouldn’t call this a resort. It was convenient to Disney and restaurants.
