The rooms are fine, the best thing is that the beds are fantastic, probably the best beds I've slept in while on vacation. Sadly the staff aren't that friendly. There is never anyone at the front desk when you come in, the cleaning staff aren't friendly either. We arrived two hours before the official check in time and our room was ready but we were told it would be $70 to check in early!! Travelling with a family I always expect there to be a hotel washroom in the lobby of a hotel but this was not the case. The only extra washroom is out at the pool and not available during non pool hours. I'm sure this isn't something most people care about but it is for me. The hotel is quiet which is nice and its only about a 12-15 minute walk to the parks. Would only stay there again if I was with one other person and couldn't find another hotel with a similar price.

Carpet/flooring needs to be clean or replaced. Other than that, I love staying here with my family when visiting Disneyland. The entrance to the park is at a walking distance, the suite provides comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people, it has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and plenty of space. Bathroom is clean, with a sink inside and another outside the bathroom. Staff is always friendly and helpful and plenty of parking on the premises. It saves you the $30 parking per day at Disneyland. Always happy to stay here.

This hotel was great for families who have more than 4 people in their family. Also appreciated the sliding doors between the bedroom and living room/second bedroom.

Party of 5, family enjoyed Kid suite. Walking distance food options, Pharmacy and of course Disneyland! Only complaint pillows smelled like mens cologne, Bathroom shower had hair. Rooms could use a little more cleanliness. Overall decent stay.
