Secrets Cap Cana is absolutely beautiful, from the expansive pool areas to the magnificent beach. We went to a different restaurant every night and they were all very good, the standouts being Himatsu, the pan-Asian one and Patio, the Mexican one. Service was friendly and attentive. I don’t think I have ever seen a larger staff anywhere. Our concierge, Ramon, was especially accessible and extremely helpful in promptly getting us a humidifier when we discovered our room smelled of mildew upon checking in. That quickly alleviated the problem and made it unnecessary to move to a different room. Ramon made a point of checking in with us every day to see if we needed anything. The breakfast buffet was enormous, offering everything you could possibly think of and more. Servers were plentiful at the pools and beach, always offering to take a drink order. There were many large groups so my husband and I really weren’t able to meet people as we have done on some trips. We would have liked a large central bar in the lobby instead of the small one off the lobby that tended to be monopolized by big groups wanting elaborate drinks. So we ended up in the lounge area in the evening where we could listen to the live music while sipping champagne. If you love animals don’t miss the excursion to Monkeyland where you can play with adorable little howler monkeys. So much fun! This resort is relaxing, luxurious and turned out to be the perfect choice for us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort for a short get away. We stayed in a oceanfront bungalow swim up on the preferred side and it was awesome. The room was nice and clean, I really enjoyed the outside shower. These rooms do not have a bathtub if you’re wondering. Room service is decent, I had a nacho at 2AM lol. The service here is what is amazing. I was surprised on my last day I was there I finally used my swim up and the beach servers have access to your pool and ask if you need anything (pretty cool). Yenny and I believe Kelvin are the ones that stood out (sorry if I got the names wrong) . Alexis our butler was truly amazing. He went above and beyond with accommodations and recommendations that was spot on 👍 Also the woman at coco cafe was funny and in good spirits! As far as food goes, it was probably one of the better all inclusive we’ve been at. Breakfast at Rosewater is ala carte for preferred only. They do have your typical buffet style at the main cafe. Seaside grill was good along with the hibachi restaurant. We are a bit of food snobs so we ate off resort a few times as well to places we’ve been at before that we continue to return to every trip. Shows were entertaining and there’s usually a little party every night near the lobby area till about midnight. Definitely worth staying here if you’re planning on a quiet relaxing vacation!

I am OBSESSED with this resort. This is our second year going to Secrets Cap Cana and we will continue to go back. The food, the staff, and the overall luxury feel are what keep us coming back. There are sooooo many food/cuisine options, there is food available 24/7, and we were never disappointed in anything we ate! The staff are all so nice and genuinely seem happy. Every year they make me feel special for whatever we are celebrating(Birthday/Anniversary). Tipping is important! The beach view rooms are amazing and I love the bathtub on the balcony. The WiFi works all the way down at the beach. The pools and beaches are gorgeous. There is always something to do! There are water activities, day pool activities and nightly entertainment. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxury!
