The hotel was fine- it was clean, staff was friendly. What we really disliked was how loud our room was. We faced the street and heard cars, horns, and sirens all night. We also had kids above us and beside us running around and screaming until well past midnight. We’ve stayed three times before and didn’t have this issue, but we won’t book here again.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly! One of the elevators was out so you had to wait longer but it wasn’t too bad. I would definitely stay there again.

Great not perfect

Hotel was good location. No hot water early in the morning for the shower . Could’ve just been our room. Saw a roach in the hall. The breakfast was phenomenal before crushing Disneyland and California adventure. We called front desk about the roach and they immediately took care of it.

Best front desk staff

The lovely people working the front desk really made our stay! We arrived late Saturday night and the staff who checked us in were amazing! They were friendly, helpful and respectful. Same with the morning staff! Would definitely stay here again!

The room was in good condition, very clean. Comfortable beds and a generous sized mini fridge. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. After a long drive down, the pool and hot tub were a nice way to work off the tensions and stiffness. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but did include hot items and the staff were very nice. Within easy walking distance of Disneyland. The only thing I’d say was lacking was usb and usb-c ports.
