Great location from DL and downtown Disney. They offered free breakfast and hot chocolate The rooms are a bit small for my liking but the water in the shower did get hot. They also had a place to store and charge electric scooters.

My room was closest to the road, and the door did not have enough weather stripping, so it sounded like it cars were driving through my room all night. The air conditioner vent was broken, which would've been ok if it hadn't made awful loud sounds when the air kicked on. I expected better from previous stays with the same chain. On the bright side staff was wonderful.

The room served its purpose for our Disneyland trip. The breakfast was very good every morning. The A/C unit was struggling but it was ok for the time of year we went. I loved that they had cats on the property!
