Hotel room was average, overall clean. Breakfast had hot options and large variety. Distance to downtown Disney was about 10 mins walking, so very convenient. Plenty of parking spaces. The only thing was that online advertised the parking fee as $20 per night, and when I checked in, I was told it was "recently changed" to $25 per night, even though nothing was updated to reflect this change.

The staff is super nice! Always brought us extra pillows or towels when we asked. The breakfast was huge, lots of options and fresh! Very helpful before a full day at Disney! The walk was about 13-15 minutes and the security entrance was so short compared to Harbor Blvd entrance! We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice location and great pools. Breakfast was plentiful, with many choices and very delicious. The beds were comfortable. However, the room felt humid, and the AC was extremely loud. The carpets were very dirty, and the fabric armchair was old and stained. Housekeeping didn’t come on the second day. We requested service around 6 p.m., but nobody showed up. We had to follow up at the front desk multiple times before it was finally done. This property definitely needs a deep cleaning and some improvements.

We stayed at Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn and had a great experience overall. The location can’t be beat—it’s just a short walk to Disneyland, which made it super convenient for coming and going throughout the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with essentials. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and helped us start our mornings without extra hassle. The pool and outdoor areas were also a nice bonus, especially for kids. Parking was a bit tight, but manageable. Overall, it was a solid stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for a convenient and comfortable spot near Disneyland.

Parking was a nightmare, there’s only one option for entrance and the exit is around the back, the gate didn’t work half the time so we had to get a ticket each time we exited. Staff weren’t the friendliest, 2 gentlemen seemed to hate working the front desk. The carpets in the room could seriously use an upgrade or a deep deep clean. The ceiling had water damage everywhere which makes me think they didn’t fix it properly (my husband does this work for a living) it appears it was painted over instead of removed and dried out properly. The TV has basic channels, the distance to walk to Disney is great, breakfast had a lot of options but it’s so crowded and not enough seating. We got dirty looks from 2 maids who were assisting with breakfast for taking our food back to our room but I’d rather get looks than sit elbow to elbow with strangers. Overall, this hotel got a 3 star for cleanliness, not so friendly staff and the major parking/gate headache.
