Hotel room was average, overall clean. Breakfast had hot options and large variety. Distance to downtown Disney was about 10 mins walking, so very convenient. Plenty of parking spaces. The only thing was that online advertised the parking fee as $20 per night, and when I checked in, I was told it was "recently changed" to $25 per night, even though nothing was updated to reflect this change.

Most of the guests were families. Very quiet. Bed felt amazing especially after a day at Disney. We were able to see the fireworks since our kitties didn’t make it that long. Breakfast on point with wide variety.
