We had a great stay, everything was clean, the employees were friendly, and breakfast was good next door at Denny's. The hotel gives you a voucher to use for free breakfast (it's not the standard menu, you get to pick a few items off a list) and they also had grab&go bags available to take. The only thing missing was regular soap, and the front desk said they don't have any to give out. That was a little strange, bar soap should be a standard, like for handwashing. the only thing that was in the room was body wash. Other than that, we had a great stay, the walk to the parks was easy, employees were courteous, breakfast was plenty, it was quiet and we were well rested to enjoy Disneyland.

It rained one of the days we were there. The ceiling started leaking like crazy right next to the bed. They moved us to another room but what an incredible inconvenience! We weren’t going to the park that day until 3 pm and just wanted to hang out and rest, but it took us an hour to pack up and then move and then another hour to get situated in the other room. We also did not like the shower. The water pressure was horrible. Other than that, the staff was super nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

Read the fine print

Description on Hotels.com says they have a shuttle to Disneyland. They do not. They said we could catch the Anaheim city shuttle for $6 each person. The description also said they had breakfast. They do not. They give you a voucher for 2 people to eat at Dennys next door. Makes it hard if you have a family you were planning on feeding. If I had known either of those things beforehand, I would have stayed somewhere else.
