The hotel was clean, and most of the staff was very friendly. Walking distance from Disneyland, Starbucks, Walgreens, and a couple restaurants were located right outside our hotel.

Ive searched so many hotels nearby Disneyland and Hyatt House is by far the most that makes sense for us in terms of location and amenites. They have complementary breakfast, clean and huge room. We stayed overnight and kept our car even after checkout(ok to park till midnight) to go to Disneyland. Walk to DL is approx 10-15mins depending on how fast you walk. Toy story parking lot is behind but it’s kinda confusing where the pedestrian access is. It’s almost the same walk so save time by walking to DL instead. Staff was nice! So many dining options. Starbucks, walgreens, blaze pizza and more are just in the property. There’s so many restos around. Love it here! Will stay again in the future.

Nice hotel & friendly staff

Overall, this hotel is nice. Very convenient location with how close it is to the park, and lots of restaurants nearby. The parking fee of $35 per night was probably the only thing I didn’t like, but you got two free bottles of water from the front desk plus complementary breakfast every day which made up for the parking fee. The breakfast had a great variety and plenty to go around. The staff was very friendly and the pool/hot tub hit perfect after a long day at the park. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it!

I was able to park drop off my bags arriving at noon. I was able to park and head to Disney right away. The lady who welcomed me at the front desk was awesome. The young man that gave me the room key 15 min later was visibly having a bad day and robotic with the entire check in interaction. The property is beautiful. Clean and it’s a perfect location. This property is easily better than many other more expensive options.

Its a great option for the parks a good neighbor hotel! its walkable and its clean and very spacious for a larger family! we had plenty of room for our pack and play crib / stroller and all our luggage! Did not feel crowded in there at all which is always so nice!! and the breakfast every morning was so nice, I also hate the room coffee so it was a great option to be able to run down and grab a fresh cup!! Food was excellent too!

They overbooked the hotel and didn't have a room for us when we arrived. We were moved to a lower quality hotel about a half mile south of the Hyatt, which was less that ideal since we were walking to Disneyland each day. They told us our room has no hot water, which is strange since each room doesn't have its own hot water heater. So that wasn't true. They much have overbooked. So we're pretty disappointed in the Hyatt.

It was ok good service at breakfast.Rooms are ok but lots of comforter feathers coming off had to clean it.I wasn’t pleased with the people above our room early in morning kid running like in marathon have to call reception about it and they said they will call them but takes 20 or more minutes before they stop.Overall it was ok maybe not this place again for next visit.

Clean & spacious room in a convenient location with great adjacent dining options including Starbucks and Blaze Pizza. Complimentary breakfast was okay. Not sure how it's possible for waffles to taste that bad, but sausage and potatoes were decent. Pool area was nice.

Had seen reviews complaining about construction .Nothing to worry about ! There was plenty of hot water.The pool was open,beautiful and cold . The staff was nice , breakfast was abundant , the beds comfy . The location was perfect - easy safe walk to the convention center and to DIsney .
