They had no housekeeping staff. Dirty towels and trash were left in the hallways. There were no trash cans to put trash in. They never picked up towels or offered clean ones

We checked in on Friday the 29th and 5 min after checking in we found a roach dying in the drawer in our room. We instantly contacted Travelocity requesting a refund and to move to a new hotel because we did not feel comfortable in a hotel we know has a roach problem. Travelocity agents contacted the hotel for me and then told me to go down to the front desk to resolve the issue. The lady at the desk informed me that all she could do was move room since the manger wouldn’t be in until Monday and she would be the only one who would be able to give me a refund. We were not happy but since we didn’t get a refund to move to a different hotel we had to stay and moved into a new room. The next day after a long day of walking around Disneyland we stopped at the front desk to ask for towels and were told we would have to wait til morning because the laundry room was closed! What kinda hotel doesn’t have access to towels at 11pm? We also requested extra pillows since the reservation was for 6 but there was only 4 pillows in the entire room aside from the couch cushions! On Monday when we went to check out shortly before 11 I asked to speak to the manager to address all my issues but was told yet again that she want on the property. The lady at the desk took down my number and promised that the manager would call me. This was on November 1st it’s now been over a week and have not heard from anyone to make things right! Horrible experience all around

I liked that it was close to Disneyland and it had enough room for my family of 6. The problems were: room smelled dingy and smoky, the air conditioner leaked the whole time we were there and we told the front desk but they didn't offer to move us or fix it. The website also said they had continental breakfast but really it was a bag with a muffin, fruit and granola bar. The other La Quinta's I have stayed in were better taken care of and had nicer continental breakfast. Bottom line: the room was sufficient but not worth the money I paid. Next time I will pay a little more for a hotel I know is better quality.

The place itself was great, very clean, very nice and definitely cozzy for the family. The price was about right for the location. The staff during the day was really nice and helpful the nigth staff was not as friendly and helpful. I even spent about 40 minutes calling and calling from Disneyland and they just never answered. When i finally made it to the Hotel i heard one of them say that the people in the lobby take priority over the phone. Which i loved to hear but it makes it challenging and not fair for the ones calling over the phone. The Wi-fi in the room never worked i had to use my Hot Spot. I also got Charged for parking which was not stipulated in the Price when reserved in Travelocity. But it was a nice stay.

Bathtub shower chamber broken. Unsafe... keys wouldn't work inconvenience. Buts some next door in parking lot work moving vehicles about, safety. Food was okay. No tasty to place bath soap on in sink area. 2 plastic chips in room even with check in of four people. Pool. In garage... what!!!!

If you don’t want WiFi or a decent TV stay here. Also, lots of kids. Not a good hotel for business.

We had a leaky bath tub with rippled floor and water on the bathroom floor but staff took immediate care of it. All staff was amazing, room was clean and a nice lay out. Super happy with the breakfast provided and the whole La Quinta experience. We will return! Maybe add meat to the breakfast....just an idea. ham/sausage/bacon.
