The room and property were very good. However, be aware of costs that are not advertised. Parking is $45/night and the property charges a $25 "destination fee" of $25/night. Together, thats an extra $70/night.

The front desk person made a remark that was condescending to me. I list my card for the 2 coffee drinks and when she checked my reservation she said you’re not a gold member and can’t give you that card. She said it in a way that was demeaning. I was given the card when I checked in and was not given an explanation. To be told in that manner by an employee of my “status” is not acceptable.

Awesome time

Amazing view from roof top and roof top pool. Food in the restuarant and drinks were very good parking was a bit pricey but what parking in the Los Angeles area isnt highly recommend they ecen give you a 25 dollar voucher for the restaurant

When you go here DO NOT PAY FOR PARKING - soooooo expensive. I paid parking at Clementine Hotel around the corner on the other side of I5, 5 minute walk: 45 dlls for 3 nights. The Viv charged you 46 dlls for one ! Don’t do it

Dry snot on bunk bed wall

We wanted to celebrate our daughter's bday with an overnight stay, and next morning at Disney. The room was dirty, including snot on the wall where the bunk bed was. While disappointing that one daughter did not sleep on the bunk (she chose this for her bday but ultimately, she slept in a bed which we are greateful for) but we just felt that uncleanliness was disgusting. We will not be returning here.

Good local for a Disney run

Nice room for 4 adults. Good view of the park. Parking is a little steep. Good location for a Disney run weekend. Super nice manager.

The hotel looked recently remodeled and fairly clean (but dusty). The staff were kind but everyone we interacted with was very inexperienced. We received a free upgrade to a “theme park view” room. The view in reality was much further away than it was in the Expedia photos and I was glad I did not pay to book that. The required destination fee where you have to pay the hotel an additional $25 “destination fee” which can then only be used at the onsite restaurants felt like a scammy business practice. The restaurant meals were not good quality especially for the high prices. The staff also made a mistake applying this meal credit to our bill, which they are still working to resolve. The surrounding area is new condo residences, rundown older buildings, or empty lots so I would not walk to Disney as suggested. Overall it was serviceable but I would not return.

Check in was very slow, no staff at front desk at 10.20pm. However, the staff went over and above for the rest of our stay. Hotel is immaculate and has everything. Definitely recommend!
