This property offered free parking; however, I would only recommend staying at this hotel if you DID NOT have a car and plan to walk to your destination. We choose this location because it was a block from the Toy Story Disneyland parking lot. When we arrived back at the hotel at midnight there were no parking spaces and were greeted by a valet. He was very friendly and explained that they have to double park the cars and we had to leave our keys with him for a parking space. This was concerning as we had a rental car and the valet receipt specifically stated they were not responsible for any damage to the car. Every night after returning from the parks, we had to work with valet to find a spot. The first day our car was double parked behind a truck and we had to wait for the valet to move the truck before we could leave. A nightmare!! The room was fine, but faced the street and had a lot of road noice. They also did not have Conditioner in the room or room service. So every night we would have to request more towels, conditioner, and coffee. The price was good, but not the nightly parking haste. The front staff was friendly and accommodating!

the rooms seemed to be well kept although the shower head pressure was light for me. enjoyed the free breakfast and parking was easy.

i enjoyed the stay there. not as noisy as i thought and breakfast was great. walkable to many places in the area.

This was a run down property. Not well kept. The hot tub was cold and I was told to turn on the jets to heat it up. After 30 minutes, it still wasn't warm. The office staff acted put out if you requested anything.

The room was clean and had new furniture and Conveniences like plugs for devices. But beware- this is a cheap motel with exterior corridors. You will be awakened by either the stomping over your head or the talking outside your thin door. That is, if you were able to sleep on the bouncy, wobbly bed with the world’s oldest and lumpiest pillows. Breakfast was also below the standard at this price point. Would go back to Hyatt House next time. It would have been worth the extra $50 to have a decent sleep and edible food.

All folks in main office were extremely friendly. Didn’t do Valet parking, but Mr. Ali was very friendly and helpful.

Close to Disney to walk but recommend waking to parking shuttle and taking that to avoid security line at Disney
