The location is great, very convenient to walk down Las Vegas Blvd. Smoke free casino is good for families and the staff are accommodating. Room is nice and clean, though they were understaffed for room cleaning service.

We called the day before to ask for an early check in and were told it's first come first serve. Our friends who booked at the same hotel directly through the hotel were able to do an early check in. We got to the property at 12:30 and had to sit around till 2:45 before we were able to get checked in. After our company Christmas party we went to one of the bar lounges in the casino and the server was super rude and unprofessional. We went and grabbed some food from one of the food places in the casino and brought it to the lounge while we were eating and one of the bar tenders came over and told us there is no food aloud at the bar. One of the guys in our group replied by saying but we're not at the bar. The bartender said ok and walked away. Next thing you know there were 7 security guards surrounding us apologizing telling us they were really sorry but we had to leave with the food, even though we weren't at the bar with the food. The ac in the room never got cold. My husband was uncomfortable and hot all night, wouldn't stay here again.
