The women in the spa deserve 5 stars. They saved me by allowing me to use the spa shower because the shower in my room didn’t work at all. Even after calling maintenance. But the hotel also seemed a bit dirty…bugs crawling on the bar in the casino. Paris needs to improve.

While the rooms were beautiful, and the staff helpful, we were highly disappointed in the fact that our room was right behind the elevators. It was so incredibly loud, that we really didn't sleep at all. To be honest, we were astonished that a room was even put into that space during the design stage...especially when we paid over $200 for the room. Highly, highly discouraging. For this reason, we will likely not be recommending the Paris to people in the future, unless they are very specific in their request for a room. Super surprising when the room itself was so obviously well thought out in design and quality.
