I thought it was about time for an update on the room we had. i got a very reasonable rate for the room, so maybe others are nicer. For the price, I'm not complaining, but there was a lot of chipped paint. Lady helpers at check in mobile line were exceptionally helpful and the lady at check out also helped with a potential parking problem.

The women in the spa deserve 5 stars. They saved me by allowing me to use the spa shower because the shower in my room didn’t work at all. Even after calling maintenance. But the hotel also seemed a bit dirty…bugs crawling on the bar in the casino. Paris needs to improve.
