I liked the pool. I didn't like room service. I stayed there 8 nights and they only clean once. We had four people in the place and garbage was piling up. They ignored my calls for garbage pickup.

the property was very lovely and very clean. Loved the beds and pillows and the staff were extremely friendly. Did not eat in the restaurant so I can not comment on that. Gym was ok, nice equipment, wish there would of been a pilates class or something! really no complaints.

The entry into the building from the garage was unwelcoming and needs to be classed up a bit. The room was clean but a little outdated, The sink drain was very load and woke me up at night gurgling and slapping sounds.The bathrooms need to have fans installed. Also a bit bummed that the jacuzzi closed so early. We got home past 10 pm every night we definitely could have used one. There was litter left out on our balcony upon arrival. Other then that, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and met my picky expectations.The bed was nice and firm,. Loved the free parking. :) This is located 2 miles strait down off the main strip, so it was easy not to get lost. I would rate it at a 7 out of 10.

Everything went great until the last day on the resort. We checked out at 12pm ( so I wouldn’t have to pay an extra day + resort fee ) but our flight wasn’t until 10pm that same night so we left our luggage at the resort.(LSS).. after we picked the bags up, my brother needed to use the restroom so we asked the front desk for assistance. When we followed their directions, one of their IGNORANT UNPROFESSIONAL employees (MOE) began to treat us like we were random people just asking to use the bathroom. So a verbal altercation happened between him and my brother, He ( MOE ) then told my brother to step outside the resort to fight. HIM ( MOE ) not knowing we’re re from North Philadelphia saying that just escalated the altercation to where security had to be called. We filed a complaint & hopefully the resort deals with that ignorance of their employees.

Resort is undergoing major renovation - which it desperately needs - however with amenities closed, we should have been advised this as booking or on the website and/or provided a significant discount on the stay. The room was very dark and dated. We needed a handicapped accessible/equipped room and the kitchen was far from it. The staff at registration were very helpful and friendly and our calls for guest services were promptly answered and our requests (for more coffee and sugar packets and wash cloths) were quickly responded to.
