⚠Stay somewhere else if you care about cleanliness

I chose Cancun “Resort” bc it was the closest to where I needed to be multiple times everyday & every evening for over a week, it offers spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suites, w/a somewhat private, long balcony. The PROS: 1- It’s incredibly quiet. 2- Each floor offers one (decent) front loading washer and one front loading dryer. The front desk will also provide free detergent (granules/tiny plastic bag). 3. The 2/2 is spacious and quiet, having the living room between the two bedrooms and bathrooms. 4. No one will come to your room/suite unless you specifically request it and they do care about not having anyone come to the room/suite unless it’s the time you request. 5. I had to extend my stay a few times and they were able to ensure I did not have to change suites-I would have left otherwise. THE CONS: 1. INCREDIBLY Unclean. 1/2 towels arrived dirty. This occurs with pillow cases as well as pillows. The hard floors, carpeted floors, and bathrooms are atrocious. I still have yet to use my private bathroom even after having maintenance replace the filthy shower head, spicket, and working multiple times to try and unclog the drain in the shower/tub. They pulled over a foot of sold heavy black hair/etc out of the drain, snaked it, and it still won’t drain. I avoid that bathroom. I am in the “Newly Remodeled” Building 4. I would 100% stay somewhere else. ⚠️⚠️The PRESSURE to attend a time share event is disrespectful at best. BAIT & SWITCH, THREATS, unkept “promises”, sad

Property was very nice to visit. Wish it was not so busy all the time, but it figures since it is Las Vegas. The gate is annoying, they tie traffic up so much with traffic backed up one time all the way back to in front of the Smith’s grocery store. Way too long to come back from shopping. Other than that, nice property. Too bad it is not listed as a Hilton Vacation Club location on the HGV website as an option for using my ownership points.

Amazing, it is a beautiful hotel, staff it is very friendly , i slept comfortably. Called for service and they were in my room in 10 minutes. I love the pool so cleaned, the visitirs were also nice. Very family oriented place

Great space & quiet

We had a two bedroom two bathroom room (condo/suite) in building 4 and it was a great amount of space and privacy. We could not hear anyone else in the building at any time of day and night from our room. Very impressed with that. Everyone who works here was friendly and when we needed something brought to our room or fixed by maintenance it was handled prompt.

We were in building 5 and there was only one elevator working. Our key reader was malfunctioning. So I went down stairs to the lobby twice for keys before we were sent a mechanic to fix it. We had kids and wash only given a 20$ voucher.
