Air back up noise came from the vanity every time after used, toilet got clogged but the handyman showed up very fast when we called the front desk, which was very satisfying, check out time was 10am , the house keeper knocked our door on 9am , overall the Resorts was very quiet , clean ,

I have not stayed here for a couple of years and it is more locked down than before. Still a nice place to stay when the room rate drops. The pool is nice but they had half of it blocked off from when it opened at 10 until 2:30. That is a lot of water that could be used and this was a weekend. I will stay again when the price point meets my level.

The pool closed fairly early. We drove 9 hours to arrive and it was closing right after we got there. It was still light and 100 degrees outside. The staff was very helpful and ran things to us that our room was missing.

Staff needs to do a lot of training with communications John at the front desk, laughed at my brother-in-law‘s last name, making jokes about it Unfortunately, he was the only one that thought it was funny Lifeguard had some issues with my four year-old eating watermelon from outside of the gate Could’ve went about the approach a lot better But it’s all good there’s plenty of other places that have a little bit more respect
