We rally like this resort has everything you can think may need Exceded our expectations, first stay, will come back. The only two things We didn’t like was hallway carpet looks old dirty, and inside rooms removed carpet replace with wood or vinyl.

I booked this hotel because it offers 2 bedroom villas and waterslides at a reasonable price. While, it did its duty as a home away from home for a few days, there were some turnoffs that I had off the bat. First off, at check-in, I was nervous to hear a customer next to me complain to the front desk that her room was dirty upon arrival. Scary. I was asked if I wanted housekeeping to clean my room daily for an additional charge. Housekeeping is not included?! What the heck? The price for a villa was somewhere over $100 , I waived the offer, and threw out the trash myself. The villa itself provided everything we needed. One of our showers didnt drain well, so we didnt use it. Beds were comfy. We were supposed to have king and queen beds, but we got a king and 2 twins - whatever, its fine. The rooms didnt get too much AC flow, but it was still cool enough. The pools were nice. My kids had fun. Lots of lawn chairs to use. Slide was fun! Slides close early at 6pm and the pool closes at 7pm. I think thats a little to early, but maybe its because the young workers need to make it home before dark (jk). Okay, not really kidding, but here is where things went down hill. The staff. They are all so young and have nothing to lose. They wont stand up to policies and just let guests do whatever they want. This place needs reliable securty that can handle large ghetto crowds. This place has potential. Maybe new management and better security and some upgrades here and there. Have fun!

The view we got was spectacular we could see the main strip perfectly and my kids absolutely LOVED it especially at night! The room was just what we needed space wise. All very clean, the main bathroom bathtub could use some updating as it was stains and not the cleanest looking due to stains and wear down. Staff was amazing and helpful beds were comfortable and having that pull out sofa bed was excellent! I do feel security could go around a bit more as someone kept throwing glass bottles and blocks of ice from their patio and also smoking and throwing their cigarettes onto cars. We would definitely love to come back for our next trip and hope to get to experience the pool as we didn't this time because of covid and way too many people already out at the pool. More parking would be a great update!
