Run down, wallpaper peeling, automatic door not working properly. Panel missing in n elevator, elevator got Jammed on the 16th floor, stalling for about 20 seconds. Before going back down. Carpet wrinkled, curtains wouldn’t open, heat came on and wouldn’t shut off, (81*) in room.
