I went into my stay at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas with pretty low expectations after reading several reviews but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I actually really enjoyed the resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to highlight the overnight manager (a Black gentleman whose name I unfortunately can’t remember - I think it’s Tony Calloway). He was incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I in the middle of the night. That level of care made a lasting impression. While the room decor is a bit dated, everything was very clean and well-maintained, which honestly matters more to me. Another big plus despite being a non-smoker, I found the cigarette smoke in the casino area to be very manageable and not overwhelming at all. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is nice, no complaints on the condition, casino, or staff. The prices for EVERYTHING are crazy. To be fair, that's most of Las Vegas these days, but at the hotel specifically, it's outrageous. Food and drinks are 400% markup from what you'd expect. Worse than the airport. Then they charge a "resort fee" for your stay.

I was placed down a dark Hall with no view, blood and hair on wall in bed and on table. when asked could I move I was told I waited to late but would be moved the next day @11am. I heard from no one called Fd was told I would not be moving when asked could HKS come and clean and give us new sheets and towels was told sure no one never came or call. Worst’s stay I was celebrating my nieces 21st birthday along with my mother. It was the first time to Vegas.
