Yes room was neat and clean. Staff was courteous. Only had one issue with Gold Mine restaurant on property. Went in to get something to eat. Was handed a menu and never got service. So I left dissapointed. Stayed at this property several times never had this happen before.😭😩😭

Our 2-bedroom suite was well-stocked and very clean. It was spacious, with two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, giving us plenty of room for our family. The kitchen had all the essentials, so we were able to cook breakfast each morning without any issues. One downside was that the TV only had cable and didn’t support streaming, which was disappointing since we had planned a movie night. Aside from that, everything was great — clean, comfortable, and the free, secure parking was a bonus. FYI: If anyone in your group has mobility issues, make sure to request a ground-level room, as there are no elevators.

I booked this place solely for the two bedrooms and full kitchen. It was also the plan to get away from main noise from The Strip like music etc. But what we got instead was tons of running and stomping from the floor above us very late and very early. Worse, whenever people around us took a shower, the noise from the running water in the pipes was so loud it was scary. So loud we had to turn up the tv. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised since this is just apartments turned “hotel.” At least regular big hotels have super thick floors and walls so you don’t hear this kind of stuff! Despite how nice the square footage was, we will not be staying here again.

We genuinely enjoyed the family home with 2 bed-room and kitchenette as well as washing machine and drier. The facilities is not new but dedicated the staff care and comfort make it no matter to us. We plan to return here someday because the place will be super convenient for moving on foot even every direction.

We had a terrible experience at this property in Las Vegas. We booked a ‘Signature 2 Bedroom’. As soon as checked into the room we started having multiple maintenance issues- 1. The telephone was not working. 2. The towel hanger in the bedroom broke and fell. 3. The glass bathroom door was tight and my kid screamed for help. It took 2 of us to open it. 4. The jet control in the spa was jammed and the maintenance would replace it next day. And finally, we took a Vacation tour for 90 minutes. And during the tour, the toilet flooded the apartment and damaged many items on the floor. The tour director took the details of our experience, but did not seem to act on it. We finally abandoned the tour, rushed back to our room. We then had to change our room. The hotel downgraded us to another room since we insisted on a room that was newer and renovated and during the conversation we were told that Signature rooms have never been renovated. The hotel staff gave us our resort fee back and an extended checkout till 4 pm. But this did not compensate for the horrible experience we encountered with 2 seniors and 2 small kids. Our plans had to change. Very poor and unacceptable.

The check in process is a disaster. We arrived on an early cross-country flight and alerted the check in desk to our request for early check-in. She sent us to another desk for key bracelet to access the pool prior to our room being ready. Neither desk offered us towels for the pool. Then we waited all day until the regular check-in time of 4 pm. I was never text that our room was ready and when I stood in line at 4 pm to check-in, it took about 20 minutes as "OWNERS" kept joining the lines and moving to the front of the line. This was a very bad experience and nearly the whole day was wasted for us.

The check in was very disappointing. They have 3 lines, owners, IHG and regular check in. They take everyone in the first 2 lines before us little people. We chose this place to stay and paid for it and I felt like they didnt value us like they did the owners and IHG people. The customer in front of me was waiting for 30 minutes before her turn. It was a beautiful place and the rooms were awesome, but to be treated like you don't matter was crappy.
