Close to Sphere, Room beautiful, check in slow- large line when arrived, felt pressure to sign up for their time share presentation. Nice staff, helpful. Restaurant fine, prices high, but convenient. I'd stay again

The check in was very disappointing. They have 3 lines, owners, IHG and regular check in. They take everyone in the first 2 lines before us little people. We chose this place to stay and paid for it and I felt like they didnt value us like they did the owners and IHG people. The customer in front of me was waiting for 30 minutes before her turn. It was a beautiful place and the rooms were awesome, but to be treated like you don't matter was crappy.

Stayed for Formula One event, and couldn’t have had a better spot since our seats were at the sphere. Room was great with full kitchen. Be mindful this is a timeshare, and they will try to get you to attend a “information session” and offer you a gift. We refused immediately! If attending next years race we will definitely stay again.

Staff was excellent. Theyre a vacation club so they go in for the hard sell which is off putting but they eventually listen if you say no. I was charged for a presentation that i didnt attend and am awaiting a refund or response from anyone on that request

The fireplace didn’t work, the tub did not have enough hot water to fill it, the light in the kitchen kept flickering, and do not go if formula 1 is going in town…can’t walk anywhere and traffic is a nightmare! Staff was okay, but we had some issues with things coming up missing when delivered.

I had very many pros and not many cons to report! The staff at this resort was unbelievably friendly. From the moment we checked in early to the minute we left we had the best customer service. We stayed in a two bedroom signature suite and it was extremely clean. I would say the only con to this location is the fact that there is no elevator. While it wasn't on the strip, it was easy to get to the strip (except during F1 construction). Prices for food and beverage were fair compared to any other hotel on the Strip. I would definitely stay here again

The room was clean. Although coffee grounds were not removed from the coffee maker. Hot tub okay, but pressure for jets could be better. Great place to stay if you are going to a show at the Sphere. We had a good stay this trip.
