The hotel was great. The food in the restaurant was not good. We tried for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not good. Service at restaurant so slow same with bartender. The property itself was wonderful

Family trip

We were there for the Wizard of Oz show at the Sphere. Location was perfect. We walked over to the Sphere. We enjoyed one of the many pools and food/drink service at the pool was convenient. The only problem we had was that we booked 2 rooms and they were really far from each other- completely different buildings. Also I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Upon checking in i was told they dont have rooms with 2 beds and they dont have queen size. It worked out for us but be aware of that. They were nice enough to move our room to the same building as my kids but different floors which was fine.

Great place in Las Vegas!

This is my family’s “go to” place in Las Vegas. It is close to everything and the units are perfect with large bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as, being convenient to the Sphere entertainment center and great gambling sites and restaurants.

Property is dated. There were blackout blinds on the bedroom windows that were automated to open/close with a remote. However none of the remotes worked so we weren’t able to raise the blackout shades. Therefore the rooms were very dark. Our room was on the 3rd floor and weren’t informed that there aren’t any elevators nor were we offered help getting our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Our unit was in the front close to the street so it was quite noisy. The Gold Mine Bar & Grill had nice staff and good food.

Great suite and location! Service is touch and go

The location and condition of the suite was fantastic! I did not take in any pool amenities as I was there for business. Food choices on sight were limited but I ate in my suite which was so convenient for a busy conference schedule. I loved how quiet it was and the view of the Sphere next door. Worst part was trying to check out with an extremely rude short bald man at the front desk. Would be 5 stars if not for him.

The worst place to stay in vegas if you on business. No facilities , no restaurant if you call a small 10 table as restaurant. AVOID!!!!

Stayed in the villa rooms. Rooms were updated and clean. It had ample space in the living room and kitchen area. No complimentary water bottles, but can purchase from their store. There was a water refill station at the lobby. Check in was a bit slow. About 30 minutes for our 2 rooms. Loved the facilities, room and pools. Limited signage of where things were, so it was difficult to get around. No private showers for the pool. There are open showers to rinse off at the pools however.

My only complaint is that the air conditioning was set at 62 degrees and I had to get maintenance to come in and increase the temperature to bearable levels.
