I won't recommend this hotel unless you are booking a premium suite (the experience could be different but I'm not sure). I booked a regular room and was given a room where it could be connected to the room next door. There was at least 5-6 people staying in the room next door and sound proof was REALLY bad. They kept screaming, laughing, slamming the bathroom doors and it would go on until 4am everyday. I called guest services 3 times in two nights for them to talk to the neighbours, I was told they would send the security over every time but it never happened. My boyfriend and I were unable to sleep due to the noise the night before we were going to the grand canyon when we had to wake up at 430am for a full day tour. Considering this is a 5 star hotel, the stay was horrible due to the noise issue. The fact that they were ignorant of customer complaints is a total turn-off for me. Definitely need to work on their customer service and I'll never stay here again.

The Conrad is one of the newer resorts on the strip. There is still construction going on with one more resort being built now. With that, the rooms were beautiful and the view was good. However, the property is located at the north end of the strip, therefore it was further away from all the other exciting casinos. As long as you don't mind walking a ways, using the bus, or getting an Uber, this may not be the resort for you.

Stayed at the Conrad due to it being so close to recent festival my wife and I attended. PROS - Location is good. The dining they have on the property is really fun and varied. Rooms are good sized and have great views on both sides. Very nice to be connected to Zouk night club. Game floor is really clean and beautiful. CONS - Online check-in still not great. Uber/Lyft pickup location very confusing (possibly the most confusing I've experienced on the strip), location is probably just a little too far north to be close to everything on strip. Keycard initially didn't work for elevator. No coffee machine in room. The biggest con though... The Elevators. Holy smokes. What a very sad, and probably avoidable failure by Conrad/Hilton to have only four elevators (1 of which is reserved for rooftop?) service 30 floors? Elevator experience was very inconvenient and something I have never experienced at any hi-rise hotel in my life. I cannot stress this enough. Getting out of the hotel on check out day took 45 minutes!!! a 45 wait for an elevator!? I should have just went down 50 flights of stairs with suit cases in hand. Would have been quicker!! Overall, I do not recommend this property due to their terrible elevator situation. If they can some how install more elevators stagger their check in and check out times to alleviate capacity, could help. No human should ever feel like they are trapped somewhere when on vacation. For price, I would have rather stayed at Wynn.

This is a cashless hotel. I found that out when I tried to pay cash. So is Starbucks! I planned to use cash to pay for the trip therefore eliminating temptation to spend more. You can't here and I really didn't like this policy. The rooms are spacious and attractive however they don't even have a coffee or tea maker. They want you to go to Starbucks and spend $11 on your latte that you normally spend $7 on back home. More economic hotels even offer coffee machines. This would have been very convenient to have the ability to make a tea and relax in the room. The Starbucks is a good hike in this mega 3 hotel complex. The amenities are far away from the rooms as well so if you want to use the pool you better bring a backpack with your swimsuit if you don't feel comfortable walking a long distance to get to the pool and amenities. The spa is unaffordable to most Americans. The mall with stores is still not fully operational as there are many vacancies but most of the stores are geared to designer overpriced items. We did love the vegan restaurant there called Crossroads. Pricey but worth it.
