I have stayed at Resorts world atleast 20 times. Always been good until this last time. I was bitten by 3 insects while I slept. I know for a fact 1000% it was in my room. I woke up with the bites. I had to go to the E.R. for 1 one of the bites. They said it was a brown recluse bite and I was on antibiotics and it too 3 months to heal. I doubt the rooms are full of this spider as they are not indigenous to that area. However, I do think it came in on someone’s luggage who was in the room previously. I blame the hotel because their pest control is lacking and they should have a system in place to mitigate this sort of situation. The other 2 bites one on my hip and ear were general spider bites. I am now going to stay at Fountain Bleu or the WYNN

I stayed at Resorts World for three nights and was very disappointed. The Good: The location is convenient for walking the Strip and accessing nearby events. The Issues: Bed Quality: The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. I woke up the first night with a stiff neck and shoulder pain that lasted the entire stay. Check-in/Check-out: Extremely long lines with insufficient staff. No assistance or communication about wait times. Customer Service: Staff seemed disengaged and provided no information about hotel amenities, dining options, or services. I was never asked about my Hilton Honors membership despite this being a Hilton property. Room Quality: Communal pump-style shower products (body wash, shampoo, lotion) mounted to walls rather than individual bottles. Towels were rough and low quality. Bathroom layout was poorly designed. Light Pollution: Large advertising monitor built into the building shines directly into guest room windows with no way to block it out. Lack of Information: No one mentioned the Zoox electric car service available to guests, which would have been helpful. No shuttle service provided and no dining recommendations offered. For the cost, this is not worth it. The lack of attention to guest comfort and service was disappointing. I will not be returning.

Apparently rooms are only turned over once every few days. When we found this out we requested our room be made up and were told a ticket had been issued to the cleaning staff. However we received no service. When we called the concierge again to inquire she was unapologetic and dismissive. Prices here are also ridiculous. We had chicken burgers from the food court and it cost almost $100 CAD. Its no surprise that this hotel is empty while other along the strip are far more busy. We will never stay here again.

The room was nice but there were no bags in our trash cans and the room felt rushed clean. There were not a lot of amenities AT all. And the staff was kind except for an older man at front desk that did look at us kindly and seemed to have a judgmental look on his face based on our attire. But I suppose it was an okay stay thank you.
