Our expectations were that this Hilton was going to be a 5 star property....boy were we wrong! Impressive entry. Beautifully designed entry way and shopping area. Gambling floor was impressive. Our room, Suite to be exact, on the other hand was not of the same caliber. Pull out bed had no sheets, blankets or pillows. Had to call twice, hung up on first call after being on hold for 20 minutes! Fortunately, after another min wait someone answered. Too many other little things just not right for this "caliber" of a hotel. Will follow up directly with hotel in hopes they "make it right". Time will tell if we return.

Nice hotel, terrible customer service .

Not a good experience with customer service . They charged me a different rate compared to the rates I booked through hotels.com . Spoke to three different reps and they kept blaming it on the third party when suddenly the last person figured it out after repeating myself and breaking down the charges. On the check out day I got an an email that we’re attempting to charge an additional $200.98. Again, I spoke to two reps and they kept telling me that it’s an incidental charge from the third party . I finally went downstairs to check out and mentioned about the additional charge and she said it was a glitch on their new system and other parties had the same complaint . If they knew that these glitches were happening then they should notify every customer via email on some issues that has been arising! Also , their reps need to know that as well cause I was circling back around and I feel like they didn’t know anything but to blame the third party. This was a huge inconvenience going back and forth with the hotel reps and the agent at hotels.com . The front desk lady was nonchalant about. It’s a nice hotel but would I come back ? Probably not . Customer service is really important to me no matter how nice the hotel is . Plus I’ve been to many different hotels in Vegas that are nice as well, and have better service and take care of their customers.
