We stood in line to check in for over an hour while there were over 50 people in line and two people working the desk. When we went to go to our room, the keys did not work for the elevator. We had to go stand back in line for a two night stay I spent a combined total of four hours in line in the lobby awaiting to get keys rooms changed because the door lock didn’t work. It was a terrible experience and when they offered us a credit of $30 a drink was $33. It didn’t even cost to cover the cost.

The suites are the only room I book when here. It's roomy, clean, and comfortable and makes being away from home non-existent. The Allē on 66th has great bartenders and the atmosphere is breathtaking.

the buttons in my rooms for lights/drapes didn't work consistently and I had to go down to the front desk and have them make multiple calls to get a room service coffee + oatmeal order one morning. it seemed crazy for a hotel that nice it was so hard to get room service. Other than those little things the suite and hotel were amazing!
