The parking is it included in the reservation or not? Front desk said so but the offsite parking company says not. I have not resolved yet.

Room was not as described; front desk lied to us several times. Gave us minimum credit to get rid of us. Our steam shower did not work in the spa tower suite and was told oh well we are taking those out not sorry. Next door had a party until 4 am; a room that is not approved to have 50 people in it. In halls all night slamming the door every 2 minutes because so many people were coming in and out; screaming. I do understand that people are there to party but take it outside on Fremont. Not in the hall. Their music was louder than the music on Fremont. Will never visit this casino again. We stayed in September and rated it 10/10 now brought several people to stay and it was 1/10. The reservation was for a spa suite but nothing worked. They didn’t care. Customer service 0.
