Hotel was very dated room was small not a horrible experience and quite frankly I wouldn’t have even posted anything but it appears they kept badgering me to do so. Oh, there was one problem. The parking is it included in the reservation or not? Front desk said so but the offsite parking company says not. I have not resolved yet.

Hotel room was dirty and outdated. Top it off they put me in a room next to somebody that had a dog, which they left in the bathroom that cried all night. Staff was friendly and the location is convenient.

There was no customer service in the lobby. Check in was done through computer automated screen in the lobby that forced you to upgrade and no choice to skip over the offers. No one to help with luggage. I had to make 3 trips to bring down the luggage to the car.

Having live staff available to assist with check in/check out (your computer system sucks) rooms are old and not well taken care of. the only decent thing in the room was the water pressure and the pillows. Staff should be able to provide the same information. Due to low staffing bodies, customer service has decreased tremendously. Definitely not the great hotel it once was.

The room condition was terrible. The tub was so rusted it was chipping all in the tub, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall where it met the ceiling, because it was moldy. Our room didn't come with a fridge or microwave, while other rooms did. Housekeeping only cleaned our room and replaced towels 1 out of the 5 days we stayed.
