Room wasn’t ready, so I tried to store bags. Went to one guy who told me to go to another guy and that guy sent me back to the other guy, I went to the supervisor who was on her phone checking texts, so I dragged the bags around until my room was ready.

We’ve stayed in this hotel many times. Rooms are fantastic. All rooms are suites so they are all very spacious. Great shopping areas and restaurants. The unique gondolas float guests around (for a price of course) while the gondoliers serenade anyone within earshot.

Huge hotel with multiple options. Everyone in the hotel, shops, and restaurants were all very clean & friendly. However very short staffed in the hotel. We never got to speak with the 1 concierge. And housekeeping never made up our room. The coffee lines were extremely long every morning, so it would have been convenient to have small coffee machines in the luxurious suite. We were at the very end of the long corridor & then thru the casino to the nearest cafe. I can’t say room service has ever provided really hot coffee in the mega hotels. The non-smoking casino was grand, and cleanliness was apparent everywhere.
