Check in was complicated. LINQ tells you that you can check in virtually, but we still had to go to the kiosk, and then the "room wasn't ready" at 11:30PM, so we had to see an agent at the desk, and they told us that the type of reservation we had was whatever room was leftover, reason why it showed not available, so we basically get the worst type of room (even the agent told us that we could come back the following day if we wanted to request a change in rooms).
The room was clean but not maintained. The shampoo holder in the shower was hanging by a threat, which the staff knew because they had put the shampoo container on top of the other and left the holder hanging, and it actually fell on its own during the stay.
