Check in with Maria was great! She found out my husband is a vet and hooked us up with all the info. Gave us waters and off we went to our beautiful room. Then, there were hairballs left in every corner of the restroom. Pretty gross, with bottle cleaner of chemicals left behind. Housekeeping came back and got the bottle and disinfected for us. I didn’t notice the second mound of hair to tell them about it. Oh well. People are nice. The lounge we got access to was cool, snacks and drinks to our hearts desire. Would stay again.

Mold in bathroom shower (a lot of it), any time someone used water in another room the drains all made gurgling noises, towels had odor, incidental card was charged "resort fees" at checkout without authorization (this is not an incidental and should have been resolved through travelocity)

The property was great. The staff, not so much. Disinterested and bothered seemed to be their default. Good was mediocre and overpriced at most every venue. Some were inedible. Travelocity is the single worst way to book ANY trip. I’ve used them twice recently and found them inaccurate, unhelpful, time consuming and confusing at best.

Love the pool. They have a great filtration system so the water was amazingly clean. Down side to all of these mega resorts is the distance to and from. Also coffee was far to walk. And zero options for coffee at the pool. Oh and the in room refrigerator was full of nothing but booze.
