Stayed here for a weekend trip. The customer service is horrible. They DO NOT accommodate their guests when the rooms are not ready for check in. The pool area both interior and exterior smells like sewage, the smell is absolutely horrible. If they can retrain their employees on great customer and get rid of the horrible sewage smell, the hotel won’t be that bad.

My room key did not work properly. I could not get to my floor. I tried 12 times and the elevator would not stop at my floor, it stopped at several other floors and other guests got on the elevator and went down to the lobby. A staff member happened to step onto the elevator and she help me get to my floor. The room key did open my room. I did have to get a new room key and that worked.

Biohazard on the sheets and they still haven't returned my deposit! My stay from April 29th to May 2nd was a complete disaster. I booked through Travelocity and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Disgusting & Unsafe Rooms: The first room was a biohazard. There was blood on the bedsheets. The restroom was falling apart with cracks everywhere. The room was dark, dingy, and smelled like a sewer. There was also a connecting door that wouldn't lock properly, which made me feel incredibly unsafe. The "Upgrade" was No Better: After complaining, they moved me to a second room that was just as old and outdated. The sewage smell was still there, the TV had no volume, and basic amenities like a microwave, fridge, or coffee maker were non-existent. Harassment at Check-in: You can’t even get to the front desk without being harassed by timeshare people. The self-check-in kiosks failed to take payment, forcing me into long lines despite the "chaos" of their system. Billing Issues: It has been several days since I checked out, and my deposit has still not been refunded to my account. Bottom Line: This hotel is falling apart and the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. Finding blood on a bed is where I draw the line. Stay somewhere else.
