We had problems from check in. If you use one of the third party sites, that’s exactly how they treat you like third class citizens. Don’t stay here. The Bars are nice the food is nice the Casino is nice, but stay at the MGM or Excalibur Nextdoor and walk across the bridge.

Central location to strip is the main good thing about this hotel. Felt like a complete scam to get there and owe $50+ per night in addition to the charge by Travelocity for “resort fees” - only hotel I have ever experienced this at before. Not a great thing to find out at check in and 100% a gimmick. No microwave or fridge in the room - what?! Room itself was clean. Woman at front desk at check in was about as useless as they come with zero personality.

This hotel/casino was the whole package. Everything you need to have a great time in Vegas they have... Great food, Great bars, and Great gambling machines/tables. Easy access to other casino's if you want to venture out. The rollercoaster and moantain views from the 35th floor was awesome... and a full view of ARENA with band and party views.

500$ for Saturday night. No refrigerator in room and not obvious in room description. Long lines for check in. 20 minutes to reprogram a key. The pool was closed !?! In beautiful weather. Had to walk 2 mile to the opposite end of MGM to access a heated pool. UNACCEPTABLE for the price. Spend your money elsewhere!
