We enjoyed our stay. We stayed here to be convieniently located for the Barry Manalow Show. All worked out well but our room had used dental floss, and papers on the floor. I reported it but received no more than an apology from the check in clerk.

This property was good for my wife and I. It was the cheapest option for our criteria. The staff was super nice to the point where we felt very welcomed. We did have to change rooms three times. One reason was because the king bed wasn’t available the day we arrived so we were put into a room two full beds. The first room smelled like cigarette smoke, so we had to get another room. Then the next day we were able to get a king bed room. It does say that bed type is not guaranteed so it wasn’t a big deal just annoying. All three rooms were not apart of their recently upgraded versions and it showed. There was trash from a precious guest in all rooms. Dust and debris around the permitter of the room. Bottle of wine under the bed. Mismatched tiles in the shower. Mold coming through the caulking around the shower. If you stay here and don’t mind super clean the outdated rooms are good. If you want super clean pay the extra money for the nicer rooms. The hotel inside and out was very clean. Transportation to and from the main strip as well as Fremont was great and on time. Saved us a lot of money. Staff did pressure instantly upon arrival to sign up for a timeshare presentation. We did since it came with free breakfast and coupons for dinner at a restaurant of our choosing within the hotel. It was supposed to be 90 minutes but was actually 3 hours. We were able to get everything promised to us even though we didn’t sign up for a timeshare. We would stay again.

We couldn’t flush or shower for 18 hours. Worst stay in 30 years. We had dishonest hotel staff, lack of water so we had to hunt for a working toilet over the massive hotel, had to rush through a casino to catch an Uber because the hotel doesn’t have people out front, an information station or even signage to direct you to the back of the hotel for Uber and Lyfts. The water problem was more like an ordeal because we had to try to find restrooms in the hotel which had water. It’s a big place and everyone was having to do the same thing. There was a giant line for the water issue because the hotel wasn’t notifying people at check-in. But in the line the hotel was comping the price of a nights stay off some patrons but said they couldn’t do that with me because we book through Travelocity.

I love the place . I don’t like not having water the day the day I was leaving because of maintenance. I couldn’t shower or get ready for my travels home .
