My room was amazing I loved it I asked for a room with a tub they gave me a sweet with a jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and a kitchen with a dining room plus I had a whole lounge with a couch and tv the interior design was chic and perfect for me

The people hounded us daily. Trying to sell us. The food in buffet was awful. The slots were terrible. We will NEVER go back.

This facility was fine, but I have huge problems with a place I am going to for relaxation bothering me about purchasing a time share. One time I thought I was going to a nice gentleman to get help and all he did was drag me over to a counter to try and set up a timeshare interview. Shame on them!

I had two different rooms and one of the rooms the heat did not work. I contacted Facility about the heat and did not never see anyone. The first night my husband and I liked to froze because it only blew out cold air at 90. On top of that we could not watch tv in either rooms for two days because the tv was not working. I love the look of the resort but did not enjoy the resort.

The room I was in was nice the view was magnificent but it was a bad smell because it was and water spill coming from the jacuzzi. And then the staff send me to another room and the heat didn’t work. I was cold .

Our room was modern and nice, the elevators were fast, everything was kept clean and in working order. My one complaint is that there are not any coffee makers in the rooms, this is the first hotel I’ve been at that didn’t provide free coffee.
