Overall a pleasant stay. The hotel staff were as friendly as could be. The elevators had some issues, as well as our room having difficulty locking but was resolved by the staff and made a priority. I’d recommend this hotel to others. The best part of the stay in my opinion was how friendly the staff were throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Checked into Room 2200 which was near the elevator. The elevator was so load it sounded like freight trains running ALL NIGHT LONG. Staff was cold, unapologetic, and very unhelpful. I was told I could receive a refund if I wanted but they would need to know by 5:00 PM ( it was 4:40 PM). When I asked for the manager I was told he would give me the same answer. When I persisted I was told he was out on break and wouldn't return until 5:30. Vegas was Full and places I called were booked up. Now Travelocity - If the rooms I get from Travelocity are these seriously defective rooms I will have to stop using Travelocity and return to booking direct with the Hotel after doing research. Maybe then I would be transferred to the manager.
