I reserved a room with 2 beds. We got a room with 1 bed and they told us they were out of rooms with 2 beds. We also had 2 nuggets included in our reservation. They gave us 1. Checkin was long and laborious. We were in Las Vegas for a funeral and were hoping for a restful stay before a sobering day. Instead it was frustrating and we got to bed hours later than planned.

I was very upset that once I landed in Denver going to Vegas that I had very very very little time to catch my next flight to Vegas, I almost miss the plane because you only gave me 55 minutes to catch my next flight, I was sweating, and running to catch next flight, I was the very last one on the plane, I had to go so far through all the terminals, catch a train to next terminal, I was very disappointed, I actually fell down just trying g to catch my next flight out to Vegas, not only that , the biggest problem was when I landed, on the flight ticket going and coming back my ticket never told me what gate terminal to go to, I had to go to an employee to find out where my next gate was because it was not on ticket causing me to rush

When we got here there was a line to get checked in but it wasn’t too bad. They only had 4 people checking in guests which would not have been so bad but most of the people in front of us too 15 minutes or longer to check in and ask a million questions. I always like staying here but I wish there would have been more people working the desk.
