When you enter the stairs; you can NOT re-enter on another floor. You have to walk all the way to lobby. This could be deadly for an elderly person to walk down 20 floors.. Sign on door says “you can not re-enter on this floor “ it should say ANY floor. Stairwell was nasty.

They Charger me for WIFI when we did not even use it When I called they told me that they couldn't do anything since it was already charge I trusted the front desk because when I went to check out they told me it would automatic will to self check out but if I would of know this would happen I wouldn't of trust them. The bed were stiff and our bed sheet were ripped we had to call to exchange them
